My Story

I used to live running all the time from meeting to meeting at work and then arrived at my house to notice that I forgot something important to buy, to bring, to do in my house, so I needed to go out to buy things for cooking, thinks to repair, this was even more time-consuming than it should be, so at the end, I finished the home activities late at night and then the next day I was so tired at work that I wasn't as productive as I should be, therefore finishing work late and then repeating the cycle. By Friday I was exhausted and the only thing that I wanted to do was to sleep during the weekend. Additional to this I felt that no one else in my family noticed all the things that we needed to do and I was the only one worried about it.

So..., is there a better way to manage the home?, how can I win back time and live peacefully with all the things at home running smoothly? How can I involve my family in chores?.
